Answers about service health, incident notifications, uptime targets, and what happens during a disruption.
The TradeCopier system status page at tradecopier.org/status provides real-time operational status for all core services including the copy engine, REST API, MT4 bridge, MT5 bridge, cTrader bridge, NinjaTrader bridge, and the dashboard. Each service shows a current status indicator and historical uptime data.
TradeCopier targets 99.9% uptime for the cloud copy engine and core API services. Our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services with redundant failover configurations. Current and historical uptime percentages for the past 30, 60, and 90 days are published on the status page.
If you have enabled Telegram, email, or webhook notifications in your dashboard, TradeCopier will automatically send a disconnection alert if your account loses connection to the copy engine during an incident. For platform-wide incidents, status updates are posted in real time on the status page and announced via our official social channels.
Minor incidents such as elevated latency or temporary connectivity issues are typically resolved within minutes, as our engineering team monitors all systems 24/7. Major incidents are declared on the status page immediately upon detection, with regular updates posted until full resolution is confirmed.
Trades that are already open on slave accounts are not affected by a TradeCopier cloud service interruption. They remain open at your broker under normal market conditions. However, new trades opened on the master during an outage will not be copied to slaves until the connection is restored. Equity protection hard stops configured at the broker level also remain active independently of TradeCopier's cloud status.
